TOPIC 01

Scores & fixtures

5 practical answers

How do I view fixtures for a different date?

Use the previous, today, next and custom calendar controls on the fixtures page. The selected date is retained in the page URL so it can be shared.

Which matches appear under live scores?

The live-scores page displays fixtures with an active in-play status and groups them by league to keep long match days readable.

Why can a kick-off time, venue or score change?

Competitions, clubs and data providers may revise schedules or correct match records. The website updates when revised information becomes available.

How are fixtures grouped?

Fixtures are grouped by competition. Each league section can be expanded or collapsed, and matches can be viewed as cards or a compact list.

Can I search for a specific team or league?

Yes. Use global search from the navigation or the filters available on fixture, team and league pages.

TOPIC 02

Predictions & tips

5 practical answers

Which prediction categories are available?

Available categories include 1X2, half-time/full-time, double chance, featured predictions, games of the day, combo tips, over/under goals, GG/BTTS and goalscorer tips when data exists.

What do low, medium and high confidence mean?

The confidence label summarises the strongest available percentage or analysis signal for the match. It is an information category, not a guarantee of the final result.

Where do weekend predictions come from?

Weekend pages can use prediction fields stored with fixtures together with records from the dedicated prediction-category models.

Why is a prediction missing for a fixture?

Not every match has a complete prediction record. The page shows a curated unavailable state rather than inventing a pick.

Are all predictions free?

Yes. Prediction categories, match previews and available supporting statistics are free to access.

TOPIC 03

Match previews, H2H & statistics

5 practical answers

What can appear on a detailed match preview?

A preview can include date, time, venue, prediction information, team form, H2H trends, lineups, substitutes, coaches, events and match statistics when those records are available.

What H2H statistics are calculated?

Available meetings can be summarised into home-team wins, away-team wins, draws, average goals, average first-half goals, GG/BTTS and over 2.5 goal trends.

When do lineups appear?

Lineups appear when the connected football data records publish starting players, substitutes, formations and coaches.

Can I switch lineup views?

Yes. Match pages use pitch view by default and provide a list-view toggle for starting players and substitutes.

What do W, D and L mean in team form?

W means win, D means draw and L means loss. The form strip uses the most recent available completed matches.

TOPIC 04

Favorites, follows & voting

5 practical answers

Do I need an account to save a match?

No. Favorite matches and followed teams or leagues are stored in the current browser or device.

Will saved items appear on another device?

Not automatically. Local favorites and follows remain on the device and browser where they were saved.

When can I vote for a match winner?

Voting is available only before the fixture starts. The controls close when the match moves into an active or completed status.

Why can I vote only once?

An anonymous device identifier and server-side checks are used to reduce repeat votes for the same fixture.

Are fan poll percentages expert predictions?

No. Poll percentages represent voluntary visitor selections and are shown separately from prediction information.

TOPIC 05

Mobile app, themes & privacy

5 practical answers

Where are the mobile app links configured?

Google Play and App Store URLs are read from environment configuration and appear on the app page, homepage and footer when supplied.

Can I use light and dark modes?

Yes. The default theme can be configured for the website, and a visitor’s selected mode is remembered in the browser.

What does the website store on my device?

The site may remember the selected theme, favorite matches, followed teams or leagues and an anonymous match-poll identifier.

Does Soccer Predictions Hub sell personal information?

The privacy policy states that personal information is not sold. Limited information may be processed by configured hosting, mail, analytics or support providers.

How can I contact support?

Use the contact form and include the match or page, fixture date, URL, device and a clear description of what happened.

Didn’t find the answer?

Give support the exact match context.

A fixture name, date, page URL and clear description make technical and football-data questions easier to investigate.
